QUALITY CONTROL

In order to ensure that we provide quality and excellent services to our clients:

  • All the vehicles are inspected by the marketing executives before the commencement of the Hire to ensure that they are clean and in a road worthy condition using the company vehicle inspection list.
  • We carry out a mechanical check before commencement of hire.
  • Our vehicles are serviced whenever they cover a mileage of 5000km.
  • In line with the road safety regulations our vehicles are fitted with first aid boxes and fire extinguishers.
  • In cases where our vehicles are being driven by our drivers, indications of fuel levels are monitored.



  • Furthermore, a log sheet has been put in place to monitor the usage of the vehicle, reporting time and knocking off time for our drivers are record and at the end of each day the client signs for the movement.
  • In a case of a Vehicle breakdown there is always a Vehicle on standby
  • Our drivers are Equipped with enough tools and airtime to help them in case of an emergencies during the hire.
  • Money for Fuel: All our drivers have got bank accounts and are holders of ATM cards so in the event that is the driver is going on a long term hire, money is deposited in his account for refuelling. For security reasons this is the safest way to do it.
