As a company our policies and regulations are drawn from the Road Transport and Safety Agency.

Tuma car hire has professional drivers with clean drivers’ licences and are all trained in mechanics and first aid and customer care. All the vehicles are maintained and serviced by our full professional mechanic who is employed by the company with over ten years of experience in vehicle maintenance. He advises on all vehicles and only releases vehicles which are in a road worthy condition.

A vehicle maintenance book has been put in place where the mechanic records all requirements for each vehicle and the state in which the vehicle is.

All vehicles are serviced whenever they cover a mileage of up to 5000km. The mileage is recorded on the date of service and the due date for the next service, this information is fitted on every vehicle.
